True Worship
Have you ever wondered what it looks like to truly worship God? For instance, can you worship God by yourself? Do you have to have a ‘spiritual experience’ to worship God? Is it possible to worship God selfishly ? Is worship all about me, someone else or God ? And what’s love got to do with it?
When the Corinthians gathered to eat and pray, love was missing. And despite their enthusiasm for spiritual experiences God was also strangely missing.
What does true worship look like? 1 Corinthians 11-16 give us some surprising answers.
