Zest Voluntary Team Fee Payment

Thanks for helping us cover the cost of Zest! You can either pay the default about for one person ($30) or adjust for partial attendance, multiple people or BYO shirt ($15pp for T-Shirt + $5pp/day for Lunch). Its an honesty system so no name required.
